Welcome to Turbo Training’s PERSONAL POWER PROGRAM.

 



 

How it works:

1)      Consultation to explain the program and discuss the reason, motivation and specific goals you currently have. (FREE)

2)      There is no membership fees

3)      Fill out our client assessment packet to learn more about you

4)      Write down your specific 30-90 day measurable goals in the areas of Fitness, Health, Career, Income and Relationships

5)      Make a commitment to yourself, your fitness coach and your support system of these goals.

6)      We now design a custom Exercise and food plan made specific for you that will be monitored and adjusted on a regular basis by your Fitness Specialist and Coach.

7)      You will choose the option to train one on one or in a team of up to up to 15-20 people with your own Fitness Specialist.

8)      Depending on your package, you will receive a free bottle of water every time you workout along with a free month of meal replacement protein drinks and fat burners. All apart of your monthly service.

9)      We will hold you accountable to your 30-day goals by having private coaching sessions every week, every 2 weeks or once a month depending on your package.

10)  All services ask for a minimum commitment of 3-6months.
